Responsibilities (UI):
- Conduct research and brainstorm new design ideas, layouts, and graphics
- Create visual designs and incorporate feedback from other designers
- Collaborate with the design and marketing teams
Responsibilities (Creative or Motion):
- Conduct research and brainstorm new ideas for motion graphics, animation, and visual effects
- Design and create motion graphics and animations, and be open to feedback from other designers
- Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to develop creative solutions for projects
Common Responsibilities:
- Stay up-to-date with market trends to incorporate into regular assignments
- Meet project deadlines while working effectively with a team
- Foster team building and practice effective communication skills
Qualifications:
- A clear understanding of user experience principles and design thinking.
- Strong presentation skills and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and ability to take constructive feedback from other designers.
- Positive mindset with a can-do attitude, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Familiarity with motion graphics and animation principles is a plus.
